Ok, I'm jumping on the bandwagon and talking all things baby for today's Tuesday mood board. I'll admit, like most of us I was swept up in the media frenzy covering the arrival of Prince George, and smiled warmly along as the little guy gave his first - though totally unintentional - royal wave to the awaiting media scrum.
Although this mood board flirts with pink, you could keep all the neutral furniture items and choose decorator items that are more aligned to a baby boy if you so desire - I've done just that in next week's mood board so watch this space! The cot cleverly coverts to a bed when the time comes, and the chair I specifically chose not only for it's style but also for it's ergonomic properties - when feeding bub you need a chair with arms to rest on, but nothing too intrusively high. There are so many gorgeous things out there for babies these days, both in the chain stores and the smaller artisan businesses. So, if you are a new parent or have a little bundle of joy on the way, perhaps instead of going the mass market (I.e. Dora or Disney) way, try decorating with patterns and colours and individual pieces - doing this will give you and your little one an unique space to grow and thrive in, together.
