Recently I have been fortunate enough to work with a lovely young couple, based overseas, and their newly acquired Noosa property. Situated in Little Cove, this gorgeous apartment has great bones and a fantastic ocean view. The day these pics were taken, the flashes of silver sparkling off the azure blue sea were mesmerising!
When in Oz the apartment will serve as a base for the couple and their extended family, and then for the remainder of the time the property will be available as a holiday rental. With this in mind, fold away bunk beds and a retractable wall system were installed on the first floor by builder Damian Davidson - the floor now functions as either a spacious king sized master sleeping two, or a family friendly master and kid's zone, now sleeping up to six.
A sofa bed was added to the ground floor office area, and a king zip installed in the second bedroom ensuring the maximum sleeping capacity - increased from the original amount of four, the apartment now sleeps a comfortable ten in total.
In this apartment, simplicity was the key. Calming teals were cued from the crystal clear waters of Noosa's infamous beaches, while relaxed neutrals and mid-tone woods pay homage to the surrounding National Park. A few splashes of sunny yellow on the ground floor complete the palette of this light filled and relaxed property.
