Neutrals don't have to be just a boring beige yawn. If the tonal range is varied and complemented in a balanced concept, I believe they can be just as vibrant and effective as strong colour. To me, there is no better place for a strong neutral palette than a bedroom - in a zone where the primary objective is to relax and revitalise, soothing tones and tactical textures not only tick the box on the aesthetic brief, they also play an important functional role in achieving that at times illusive dream - truly restful sleep.
A special mention to Kara Rosenlund's beautiful Road Trip print, and the all Australian Jardan's Iko Iko chair, Cloud throw & cushion, Gumnut rug and Iko side table. Cue big sigh to indicate timeless beauty...
Just a side note - I know there's a baffling amount of product out there guys, but please try and do your bit to support Australian creatives - they're homegrown, unique & they often design with us in mind. x
